Shooting Performance & Features Are Significantly Different

When comparing the shooting performance and features of the LIT HERO (2025) and HERO11 Black Mini, although there is a 3-generation model difference, the difference between a flagship compact model and a budget model clearly shows.

The recording quality differs significantly with maximum 5.3K/60fps versus 4K/60fps, and the LIT HERO (2025) is greatly inferior in maximum frame rates for each resolution. Depending on the intended use, this difference will be significant.

The next biggest difference is in image stabilization. The LIT HERO (2025) has app-based post-processing stabilization, while the HERO11 Black Mini is equipped with HyperSmooth 5.0, which also has horizon leveling functions.

There are also other differences in shooting features such as loop recording support and live streaming support.

Body Functions Are Superior on the LIT HERO (2025)

Regarding body functions, the newer LIT HERO (2025) is superior.

The LIT HERO (2025) supports:

1. Magnetic mount
2. LED front light

while the HERO11 Black Mini does not support these features. The HERO11 Black Mini has the advantage of having two retractable mounts, but the convenience of the magnetic mount is probably better.

Note that both have built-in batteries.

Body Size Is Nearly the Same but There Are Weight Differences

Since both are compact models without front displays, the body sizes are nearly identical. However, perhaps due to differences in functionality and generation, the weight is heavier.

It's only a 40g difference, but it might be noticeable when shooting handheld.
